Hi. Store bought sausages aren't bad tasting at all, but many are not low-fat or especially nutritious either. It's really not that hard to make a batch of your own at home. I was quite pleased with the recipe from Vegan Brunch. Have you or your uncle tried them?

Nice to know about these. I use a bouillon from my local health food store but I always have to use more cubes than it says to get any kind of flavor.

On a juice feast you are to consume a gallon of juice a day. It's a TON of juice!!! I try to make most of mine green. The fact that your body isn't having to process food is what allows it to start working on problems and detox.

There are some great juice ideas on this thread at the Global Juice Feast. I also like Victoria Boutenko for green smoothies. I don't do smoothies on a juice feast but she has great recipes you can use for juice instead of smoothies. ;) Oh! Angela Stokes has an e-book you can buy called A Juice Feaster's Handbook. I have heard nothing but great things about it. I need to get one and review it before I feast this summer!

I am always on the lookout for great juice ideas, so if you come across anymore please come let me know!
