Twitter follow list for #followfriday
All of my fellow Twitter lovers will already know what I mean by #followfriday, but I’ll give a little info for those who are not so Twavvy. (twitter savvy) 
Twitter is one of the latest forms of social media. Think IMs in 140 characters or less. It’s a great way to meet new people that share your interests and a super fun way to network for your business.
On Fridays there is #followfriday where you give a shout out to those people you follow that you think others should follow as well! Well, I have over 400 people that I follow. That’s a lot of posting and to me it just looks like spam when you have like 20 posts that are just for #followfriday. Enter this post.
I got the idea for this post from @m38967. She’s great, by the way. So, I’m breaking down my favorites by category for you and I’ll just link to this for #followfriday! I’m only listing those that regularly tweet good stuff. Oh, some would fit into two or more categories but I’ll only list them in one.

i became a Vegan three years ago and i can say that my health have been very very good. meat and dairy substitutes like soy also works well for the body.
